A history of achieving strong sales and revenue growth in a highly challenging retail environment through customer-centric solutions, effective partner management, and strong people management skills is the background I would bring to Company. As the Director of Emerging Business and Global Alliances & Partnerships at Capillary Technologies, a leading Product company providing Customer loyalty, Omni-Channel and eCommerce solutions to top global retail brands, I was able to generate 3X growth in bookings and 2X growth in revenue and win marquee brands such as Swiggy, Samsung, Levis, Safari. In my earlier role as a Global Head of Enterprise Sales at Tally, Mr. Bharat Goenka, Founder & MD, mentored me. I ideated and implemented “Stock and Sales Visibility” solution, which helped to capture channel data and insights to the brands of Building Material, Consumer durables, FMCG segments. I was able to scale up this to INR 100 Cr (USD $13.25M) revenue opportunity by setting up a high-performance sales team of 53 people and rolling the solution through Partners out to major clients including Asian Paints, Sony, Haldirams . I not only set up a new business vertical but also led the sales training program for the entire sales organization. I strongly believe in investing in people relationships both within the company as well as customers and partners. I have been able to build high-performance sales and account management teams, which resulted in signing up marquee brands along with global alliances with Resellers, SI, OEM, Cloud Partners (Microsoft and Amazon).
