I am a Solar Power Project designer with vast experience of Site Planning/Preparation of DPR/Designing & Engineering the PV based power projects in India. The overall design consists of the DPR, plant layout, single line diagram, BOQ, shadow effect, loss calculations, and inverter rating calculation and AC circuitry up to power evacuation (LT and HT). Selection of the technology to get maximum benefit of sun is my expertise I have an experience of 10.5 years in the field of SOLAR Planning/Preparation of DPR/designing/implementing electrical projects; however my core domain is Solar Power Project Engineering and Management starting from designing, manpower assessment, Site handling, Installation & Commissioning and material management. A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire project operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources. I also have worked in managing maintenance of solar power electrical equipments, like Modules, SCB, Inverters, transformers, VCB and power evacuation systems for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. Possess strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organisational abilities. Strategy Planning/ Project Design & Engineering • Till now i have worked and design solar PV power projects of capacity-Total 500MW consisting of projects from 1 MW to 10MW both Ground Mounted & Roof Top solar power projects. • Preparation of master plan for solar project implementation with incorporating various activity like electrical line/Substation/transformer/VCB /Inverter Etc demarcation on land. • Project cost analysis. • Coordination with contractors, Site Engineering’s for regular pupation of project status. • Preparation of project work report. • I have designed and planed the solar power project parks where in 10 to 15 investors have installed their projects with common power pooling and power evacuation system. • My expertise is in saving the total land by designing the projects to be accommodated in the minimum possible land area. • I have designed the tilted angle concept, to get max sun window during changing weathers, from winter to summer and the in-between weathers. • The study of PV Syst and Meteonom to design a project to get maximum generation output is my expertise. • I have studied the issue of PID effect on solar cells and arranging the safeguard in the projects I am handling. • The various losses in the solar projects such as Mismatch, Thermal effect on Modules and inverters etc. Operations & Maintenance • I have prepared detailed guidelines for the operation and maintained team so that they keep the plant in the max power generation mode. • Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the faults to reduce the plant down time. Installation & Commissioning and the QAP • I have prepared the guidelines for the site engineers who are Handling the installation and commissioning of total solar plant equipment, conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness. • Reviewing engineering layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commissioning of the plants
