Rohit Upadhyay is a food technology professional (PhD IIT Kharagpur, MSc CFTRI) with 6+ years of progressive research experience which uniquely span across academics and multinational food companies. He is a subject matter expert in process flavor technologies (noodles, spices, fats, flavor enhancers) and lipids (specialty fats and culinary oils, and emulsifiers). Over the years he developed skills in gas-chromatography (GCMS, GC-O), IR spectroscopy, and sensory instrumentations (E-Nose, hyperspectral imaging). He has authored 25+ scientific publications, 3 IPs, and has mentored many UG/PG students for academic thesis and served voluntary international journal reviewer. As a young professional who has great sense of listening and pragmatic skills, he loves interacting/mentoring students, industry ready freshers, and mid-career professionals.

This module is best designed to answer the bewildering questions of under- and post-grad degree students pursuing food science technology and allied subjects. We will touch upon the base of following themes with a good flexiblity to accomodate anything relevant not included herewith.

Not to worry anymore, as I bring to you a unique module which aims to fill the existing knowledge gaps and some interesting tips to steal the intership deals.
